2011 rail reg adapter

Is this the correct item to convert a 2011 rail to a standard reg?

1. No. That part is to mount a regulator to a 2007-08 matrix rail.
2. the part you seek --- a hyper3 small thread to standard thread adapter --- is rather hard to find nowadays. I don't like saying impossible, but they dried up years ago. DYE made them as did another company
