Pmr07 and dye ultralite frame question

I bought Pmr07 for cheap but the stock board won't ramp at 10.2 bps. If I buy a dye ultralite frame w/board will I be able to program ramping10.2 bps ramping. If not is there another way. Thanks

The ul board does 10 or 11, I think. I keep mine at 10.
