OG Dye Throttle tank regulator - rebuildable?

I have an old dye throttle regulator. Probably hasn't seen air since 2010. Are these user rebuildable?

Yes they are. Worth noting that the bonnet may be reverse threaded. Just a heads up. Pretty sure that was the tank reg.

got the collar off but no luck yet splitting it from here. No set screws, it's pressed or glued. I'll give it some heat when I'm in the garage next.

EDIT: heat and a regulator nut visegrip got it, reverse thread as mentioned (the outside cap was also reverse thread)

interestingly the bellevue stack looks to be the same ones they use in hyper 2s.

Now to see if I can get the reg cleanly off the tank
