    1st gen etha

Picked up a 1st gen etha and I was wondering what can be done to it, I know there aren't alot of upgrades for it, I really don't like the side to side play in the trigger and have been curious to know if theres anyone making grips for these, would like to slap a pops on it but I'm not gonna complain lol, and idk why they felt the need to put the logo and those ugly lines on the eye covers

You can put RC car shims to eliminate some of the side-to-side slop, not sure about grips. I believe the bottomline is standard so you should be able to put on just about whatever you'd like.

Yeah I noticed that this is really just a buy and go play marker, no aftermarket for it at all, should have bought an emek lol

Yeah there's not a ton you can really do other than the universal upgrades, plus PE switched to the Etha2 fairly quickly so third part support for the gen 1 dropped off really quickly. Emeks have a lot of upgrades available, but IMO they're mostly unnecessary as they shoot great out of the box and are already fast even without valve or trigger upgrades.

If you're looking for a marker to upgrade old school is best school, but you know that.

Yeah I wanna build a trilogy, a couple brass pumps and a few tracers, only thing these new markers have is they are lighter and more efficient but some just have no soul
