    EMEK BS Cover (Ball Sensor Cover)

    Greetings, I came across this bit and was curious if they come inside newest release of EMEKs . I’ve never seen this part in the half dozen EMEKs that I’ve came across over the years.

    Perhaps this part is intended for rentals that are given minimal cleaning every weekend?

    Does it improve air efficiency?

      Maybe it's to fill in the spot for the lightpipe used for eyes on the Ethan 2/3? Similar shape, and that spot would be open on the mechanical version, but seems very unnecessary and I've also never seen this part.

          Correct^ it just plugs the hole since it’s a mech and not needed.

          That goes on the back side of the eye cover and fills the hole that was made for an eye ribbon on the emek,

              They have been on all the Gen 1 and Gen 2's I've owned
