    Emek with SLP Reg

Anyone else run their Emek with a ninja SLP? My only other gun being a g6r. I am glad it can run on such a low pressure. It does produce a very smooth and quiet shot compared to the rental guns running with 800psi tanks.

    It should work just fine.

According to PE ideal input pressure is 300 > 450psi

Yeah about that: The tank output pressure listed for the emek has a typo right? It's designed for rental play with 48/3k tanks, and its drive train is identical to the 3M, so shouldn't it's listed tank output pressure be the same as the 3M, 300 > 800 psi?

So early rental emeks had issues at 800psi not sure if it was just the early ones. however I run mine on 450psi and occasionally 800psi without issues or any noticeable performance difference. I haven’t noticed any tank pressure issues since the pre release rental batch.

            They run fine on LP

Interesting! Maybe that narrow range is to ensure backwards compatibility then.

This was early fleet emeks when they weren’t even being sold to the public at this point. They were only selling them to businesses at that time. It was fixed by PE immediately. May have just been an oring swap because the business was still using the same tanks as there rental tippmans at the time. But they would go into a full auto like a tippman when it runs out of air. Until you pulled the trigger again.

I run my emek and EMF100 with SLP tanks.. the operating pressure will always be the same no matter the tank. the biggest benefit is the POPS is easier to engage/disengage. Those rental Emeks that sound louder are likely because the barrel you are running
