Here is the primary difference:
Emek-100: Hopper Fed
EMF-100: Magazine Fed
- The frame, bodies and Gamma Core sleeves are different to accommodate the feed methods.
- The internals are the same. You can swap the frame internals and the gamma core from one to the other.
A view of the frames, from the top:

Gamma Cores (the Emek has had some careful dremel work by a previous owner):

Frame Internals (the EMF has a DW Hair45 trigger valve and a different safety, the Emek has an Exalt adjustable trigger):

Take the Emek internals and swap them to an EMF compatible frame and body/gamma sleeve, and you get an EMF-100:

I did have to adjust the trigger overtravel stop when I swapped from the Emek frame to the MCS frame, it was in too far and wouldn't fire properly.
The MCS frame is compatible with the EMF frame, but has an additional capability. If wanted, you can replace the POPS bottomline with one designed to route the air from a backbottle adapter, through the frame, to the internal reg and power train. You can then run a remote or a different type of buttstock.
