    D@mn... that close... less than half the diameter of the screw off of the hole in the Omen body. The other hole is for the valve retention nut, or some such $#!+. Anyways, I will have to slot my hole in the frame forward a bit, but later. I am tired of gripping that tiny file, it makes my hands hurt.

      I made one of these about a decade ago. It had a terribly stiff pump stroke, haha. I made it with a tapped hole in the front of the expansion chamber as.the guide rod and then used a bent pump rod that went into a hole drilled into the back block like a brass Sheridan.

        Word. That's awesome... it's too good of an idea for me to be the only one. Lol.

        If you didn't remove the bolt-forward spring... that might explain the terribly stiff pump stroke you remember experiencing.
