    Evil Omen Capacitor

    Bought Walkers Evil Omen. Click nice and the bolt catches, but haven't been able to air it up just yet. First issue I'm looking at though, this Capacitor is huge. Not really enough room to fit the battery and capacitor together. Is there a specialty battery I should be using in here instead of a 9V or is there a smaller capacitor I should replace this with?

      I always used just regular 9V batteries. I left the capacitor in.

          There is a milled out slot in the grip frame, the capacitor should go behind the 12V.

              I saw that pocket and had assumed thats what it was for. I ended up fitting it with the capacitor in the front pocket and the battery mounted the wide way, fitting into the slots in the grip. Its definitely a TIGHT fit.

              I have the same issue with mine. Tight fit in the grip frame. Didn't realize there was a milled out section in the frame! In my infinite wisdom I decided to make it a mech or pump and got the trigger to work but need a make a pump to resent the sear, or manually pull the cocking rod.... and the project is withering on the vine now.

                        Yeah. It seems like the pockets on the grip are meant to fit it.
