We have several projects running now and are starting the brass builds. What a pleasure it is to work with brass again.

Do you prefer working with brass or stainless?

[BretG]

Brass is child's play compared to Stainless Steel. The thermal properties of SS are very different than brass and SS requires a mud like flux that the solder is floated under. The solder is very high temperature 56% silver and very hard when cooled. Going back to brass after we did 11 SS bodies is very relaxing.

Intriguing. Will most builds going forward be brass or all custom work for customer preference?

Jack,
Most builds going forward will probably be brass. From a production standpoint it is quite easier and quicker to work with. SS won't be out of the question either. It all hinges on what the customer desires and is willing to commission.

Great to hear. Can you message me the base prices on each of your builds? Depending on price I might be willing to commission a new build.

Off to a new home, M10L KL44, is seeking new prey... fare well and good hunting.

Just completed these 2 sequential rifles. As per client request, the top rifle is a stainless steel M20L KL45, and the bottom is M20BDF, or Bolt action Direct Feed in brass with a remote to the valve. Both have Magnum Valves and shoot fantastic.

A pirate M15, our 18th build. Our client requested a pirate stock, spiral porting, large loop lever, magazine indicating holes, and an Autococker style detent.
This also has a lever changer for the 12 gram, our Magnum valve, dimples, feed gate, and RVA.

You forgot to mention it shoots lasers extremely quiet. Awesome shooter.

We just completed this M1 brass bolt action single shot pistol with dual wrap porting The client provided the beautiful brass Sergison K Frame grip lower. The pistol is configured for First Strike loading and has a rear sight hood mounted.

.680 spiral ported barrel
12 round side magazine tube with feed gate
G&H trigger group
Jake bolt
Black Walnut pirate stock
Win 94 lever
Magnum changer
and our 1st production Magnum SP valve.
This is our Magnum Shoot to Pierce valve. Our customer requested this so we figured out a way to do it.
