It should. ICD inline regs especially the stock promaster one are pretty garbage though, if it's the one I'm thinking of. It'll work, just, don't expect it to be super consistent. I remember replacing all the stock ICD regs I had with torpedos, even on the first promaster I owned just because torps were cheap and plentiful.

I should have specified LPRs. I have an aka LPR that I'm looking bro use on a BKO. I'm well aware of how bad stock ICD regs are.

Depends on what year the BKO is. Anything prior to the 04 model year, no.
