    'Cat Powerfeed Plug?

Ok, so I promise this will be my last question about ICD blowbacks for a while.

The stock PF plug is fairly loose and will spin pretty easily. Easily enough that knocking it and turning it off in the middle of a game is a real possibility.

I've tried Automag PF plugs (both parabolic and original) but they are too long and restrict paint from falling into the breech reliably. If I pull the plug back a bit so that it clears the opening better they will fall out.

Any tips for either fitting aftermarket plugs or increasing the tension on the stock one?

I wrap teflon tape around mine. Then a i use a red and blue marker in the "peep hole" so i know at a glance if the feed is on or off.

I used one of those elastic bands people use for tieing up their hair. It allows turning the plug, but it won't fall off.

I've fitted a fatter oring to the plug and that helped.

I usually just put a small piece of electrical tape on mine and then jam it in there. Haven't thought about it in the last 7 or 8 years so it works well.

Had the same issue on a couple of my cats, new o-ring should help. If I remember correctly, I ordered a few of these and they fit:

I've tried a few different 015 orings. So far the best fit is from a crappy coloured oring kit. I've also tried 70D and 90D regular buna. The 90D was actually the worst off.

That does look identical to the stock 'Cat plug. Interesting because 32 Degrees also had parts kits for 'Cats.
