    WTB B2K2 Solenoid Gasket

    Looking to buy or information on fabricating a solenoid gasket for a B2K4.

    I took it apart with the intent of doing a tray less build with a PM solenoid and EGO chipset but life got in the way and trying to reassemble to stock configuration. Lost the solenoid gasket somewhere along the way.

    ICDO is dead 😞 long live MCB!

      The Humphrey solenoids in the 2k4s use a slightly different gasket then the parker noids on prior generations used. I would post a WTB of the ICD-O Facebook page.

          Some creative people have made gaskets by drilling holes in credit cards and using small o-rings. Again, the ICD-O group will prob be your best bet for instructions.

          Although if you figure it out, definitely post the instructions here 👽

              ICDO forum unfortunately is dead. So it seems. I usually source from McCormick, Sam, and/or Frank but I can't seem to locate any of them these days.

              If I can get a general idea of thickness I can probably order some neoprene sheets to cut out a gasket.

                    You could even do a tpu gasket with o ring insert provisions.. just program the o ring profile into the id of the oversized holes.. I am not risking letting the magic myrkul smoke out of mine to measure one up. Lol

                      Honestly a petg form for o-rings would work too. Just need something to hold them in place - they’d do all the sealing.

                      Could I buy a sheet of gasket material and cut out my own? If so what thickness for the gasket sheet?

                      At work we stock neoprene gasket sheets but they are for large diameter pipe, valves and fittings. I'm sure I can reach out to our vendor to possibly source something thinner.
