Exploded View of the V3 HPR’s Internals

    Good afternoon,
I got a V3 hpr back from anno and I’m unsure how the shims should be oriented inside the reg. Also are the components pictured part of the HPR as well?
    Thank you

spindle filled with washers faces the reg seat, top hat tops face spring.

      Hi fellas,
I apologize, I’m still confused. I had tried watching the previously attached video, but it’s too grainy for me to determine the orientation of the shims. I currently have them on the piston stem in 4 pairs like this ()()()(). Is this correct? I’m not sure where the loose oring goes.

Thanks for the help, I've watched the videos and assembled the HPR. When I hook it up to my tank and dial, the reg is just output my tank's output pressure (450 psi), and any adjustment of the HPR's screw has no affect on the HPR's output pressure (it remains at 450 psi at all times). Any suggestions on what I've done wrong? I still have the shims set up this way ()()()().

From what I can see in the video it should instead go like this )()()()(

With the shims orientated )()()()(, the HPR's output is 410 psi now, but I'm still unable to adjust the psi no matter where the HPR's adjustment screw is.

Any chance you're missing a shim? At this time in the PBTek video it looks like there are 4 pairs plus one:

Yes, I think you're correct about it being 9. I only have 8. I'll try emailing Inception Designs.
                  Thank you!!!

                    1) missing one (or any number) of shims should not cause output pressure to be too high. If anything, it would cause output pressure to be lower than expected.
                    2) what is the condition of the reg seat? I noticed it's not visible in any of your pictures.
                    3) the small coil spring with brass hats should not be in the top large chamber with the belville washers but in the bottom small chamber above the reg seat. Your second picture doesn't show all the parts, but looks like you may have assembled this incorrectly.
                    4) assembled correctly, when turning in the adjustment screw all the way in (don't crank on this, just loosely turned in) should output nearly zero pressure. This should happen even if you don't use ANY shims and don't even include the small coil spring + brass hats. If you still get output pressure from the reg, then there's a problem with the reg seat to piston seal.

I have the spring with the hats down in the lower part of the HPR and the piston/shims in the separate, upper portion of the HPR.
Inception got back to me. I can remove shims to lower the output pressure of the HPR. I've currently got the out put at 410 psi and will report back here after I dial in the velocity at my field's chrono.
                      Thank you for your help!!!

I think I've got it dialed in now. I was consistently shooting 274 fps over the chrono.
                        Thanks for the help, fellas!!!
