    HPR Belleville washers

I think someone may have been in my buddy’s reg at some point. I’ve been trying to get any kind of velocity out of it and have not managed to break 200 so far. I decided to pop it open today (quite literally) and only found 6 washers in there. The videos that Simon posted appear to have 8? Can anyone confirm?

Also… if anyone knows the order I would appreciate it. I’m thinking ()()() if there’s only 6.

I would try )()()( , anecdotally I have been able to push a bit more out of with the end washer concave-out. Adding the two missing washers is the best solution, but in a pinch... maybe?

While Simon's videos call for 8, sometimes you have to go with 7 to be able to get the pressure down if you are using a low pressure setup.

I imagine you can get some from Simon himself if you email him.

Also in a pinch, you could probably add a washer in there to shim up the spring stack. I'd check the pressures with a gauge though.

Match the size and you should be good, but that assumes you have the ability (calipers) to measure thickness accurately.

                You just need 2?

I have some from a dangerous power rebuild kit I could probably spare that many.
