ID:	182938 A pair of minty, new Dark Horizon Titanium strikers! These are the later gen with the Otter mod. Clocking in at 1.3oz vs the standard 2.4oz

These are one of the most elusive Spyder bits. An exceedingly cool find!

The face of the striker is cupped slightly. It was a mod he recommended after they sent them to him for testing on LP projects

Bacci Paintball is selling some old Spyder hammers...some which he refers to as the "fat hammers". Which models are they for...I didn't know there was any changes made to the hammers until they went with the "Sonix-type"

The fatty hammers are the original style hammers Spyders came with. Somewhere in the queue, around the Compact 2000, the slim striker became standard.

They are made of titanium which cuts the weight down to 1.6 oz, it takes about 40% of the weight from a factory striker. They are good for LP builds and taking some of the kick out of older spyders

That fatty Ti striker was from me!

I've been lurking around these forums for a bit lately, mostly for the nostalgia. And the mere mention of Otter brings back TONS of good memories. I spent so much time on his site and messing around with my old Spyders and trying to get them to run LP. Good times.

I own the “convertible spyder pistol” from his old website now. I came across that one a few years back.

Glad to have you back and lurking again, and thanks for the hook up with the striker!
