Meet The Snipper Riffle, my slowburning project to make a lightweight, accurate dedicated FSR marker that will eat ammo at a rate I can afford.
Someone on facebook wanted some data, so I figured I should post it here for other builders to see.
Current setup is:
Deadlywinds X8 with 687 insert
WGP Basic reg @~600psi
ICD Leverchanger stock
Stock springs, extra detent removed
APP Clear grips from that blowout sale lol
FSR is pretty old
From my virtue clock- 26 shots, for some reason in reverse (last shot listed first, first shots at the end) like 65 degrees and overcast, terrible 12ie weather. Also I tried to use up all my fsr with fin damage, no idea how much that hurts.
225,246,264,271,282,278,281,278,281,281,280,281,27 8,273,269,281,273,276,284,276,276,270,277*,253,259 ,270
I gave it a small velocity bump at the *
Even in bad conditions that’s 3 7 round mags and couple slower shots. Not great efficiency but I’m really happy with the consistency and weight
