    Mac Dev - Conquest Air

Went through my old collection and found my macdev conquest hooked up to a 45/4500 bottle. Anyone have experience rebuilding them? I found the old manual, but couldn't find a rebuild kit on macdev's site.

    Any help/guidance is appreciated!

I'd be interested as well. These were great regs. I wish more regs had an on/off on them.

I emailed Mac Dev to ask about the parts list in the discontinued rebuild kits. Fingers crossed that they'll provide the information. I'll keep you posted.

I don't have a Conquest, but I've got a Legionnaire reg. Rebuilding it wasn't too bad. Most of the o-rings were standard, common sizes. There was one I couldn't easily identify, the piston stem o-ring, I think, but I just ordered a few different sizes and did some test fitting until I found the right one.

I didn't replace the spring, though. I have no idea what to do if you have to replace that.

Let me make you something. I build pneumags, auto-response frames, and wooden pill cases.

I don't think the springs will need to be replaced, just the o-rings. If mac dev can't give me a parts list, I'll still give it a shot. Thanks for the advice.
