Anyone who uses this have a pros and cons list for me? I have watched a few reviews, but it’s just people sitting in front of a camera talking about the product. I want to know how the product holds up to a flat out sprint. Based on design, I would expect them to swing side to side a little, and I don’t think I would mind that, but how do they fair vertically? Do they stay pretty tight to your back? Or are they bobbing up and down swinging into your arse?

It is excellent.
Cons: Wicked Expensive, medium durability compared to super strong molle stuff, if you are fat at all you will want to test fit these. They are definitely designed for athletic people, I am not super thick and I could have easily gone with the XL model.
Pros: pull mags fast, lightweight, holds snug with very little movement, quiet no rattling, comfy

I got to test mine out two weekends ago and I'm pretty happy with it. Didn't feel like it was bouncing too much when I ran or dived or crawled. As mentioned, the molle doesn't feel as tough as other brands.
My biggest con is that the little locking tabs don't work worth a damn. Testing it at home, the molle strap would come undone when pulling out a magazine. So the pouches themselves are doing their job of securely holding the magazines but the tabs won't keep them on the belt. This could be user-error on my part. I applied superglue to keep the tabs in place. This resolved my issue.
Also i felt the pouches were way too snug to reinsert empty magazines while in a gunfight. I ended up leaving them at my bunker and retrieving them after the game. I will be using a dump pouch from now on.
Overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase, glad I jumped on it while CRBN still had them in stock. It certainly makes for faster reloads than my vest with WTF double stack pouches, although spinning a double stack magazine is faster than pulling out a single from the crbn belt. So I'm not sure if I really come out ahead. It will be nice to use with the emf100 on the speedball field.
