I have a bit of an odd situation here. Working on a valken m17 that has a kriss vector body kit on it which also converts it to use tippmann trufoece/ zetamags, got it shooting and feeding reball decent, went to try fsr and it did not like feeding it at all. With enough smacking and wiggling I can get it to feed one round up into the breach but it just doesn't seem like there's enough spring pressure on the zetamags since they are having to push the paint up further than they were really designed for. The way the body kit aligns there's 2 paintballs that sit in between the magazine and the breach and everything the zetas work on is not designed that way.
So, I was poking around at solutions and read that you can put dye Dmag springs in the zetas and they will work.
Are the "shaped projectile" springs stiffer than round ball springs? I'm assuming yes but I don't actually know
Anyone taken apart a zetamag before? Anything I should watch out for?
