Air power vector just can't get the FPS anymore

Well, after finally dragging my carcass to a paintball field for the first time in 7 years, the ol' vector has finally hit a spot of bother. I just simply couldn't get the FPS over 200 even stretching the factory spring and removing the limiting screw in the ASA. My guess is that I need a new main spring but I have no idea where to get one? Anyone still make springs for these things, or even nelson valve pumps with a similar spring dimension?

It's still playable but it's a real bummer having to get up in peoples teeth to get a break on anything except hoppers and goggles.

Rainmakers share a common design and I've used Cocker springs in them for similar reasons... you might need to trim a coil off to make it fit, but you should be able to use them in a Vector.

That are nelson, so slightly though spring should do it 👍
Also make sure to get HP output tanks 8-850+psi

I just re-acquired a Vector and have yet to gas it up. What have you done about those pesky rear orings?

What serial numbers are you rocking, Jonbobshinigin and Gasmask? got a dumb list of every vector that's surfaced online since ~2000ish. roughly 10% of production at this point. curious what percentage surfaces eventually

SN 0970 - Came with Teflon for Valve Body seals...working on getting it turned to accept a more standard Oring.
