N1 Barrel Shroud customer service for the win!

I ordered the shroud separately. I didn’t realize until I saw another in person, but my foam was missing. I emailed Nova about the missing part and they immediately shipped one out, no questions asked.

Just wanted to post up and let people know the customer service has proven good to me.


Also, without going into a full review, the n1 is a fantastic shooter. The company’s ship times have also been great. Three days from placing order to my door on both my orders.
