Just got a black friday Nova N1 and it’s already pissing me off.

What on earth is supposed to keep the insert in the barrel instead of the breech?

Should all three barrel lugs be at the same height or should one be almost flush?

You're getting the true Nova experience! I think some inserts have an arrow that should be pointing forwards, others just take it out and flip it around. They're slightly 'squished' on one end so they fit snugly into the barrel. Or they're supposed to be anyway. The lugs don't matter so much as long as they are engaging.
