Palmer or Homebrew?

I picked up this KP2 converted to pistol grip because it looked interesting. I am planning on selling it but wanted to identify its origin.

Looks like a PPS converted gun with the grip frame screw forward of the trigger guard and the quicksilver.
Bottom tube is a KP marked Pursuit Marketing. KP bolt but has a chunky pump arm. PPS RVA on the back.

That elbow is not like anything I've seen from PPS and that front sight is definitely odd.

What do you guys think?

It could be a combo.... PPS didn't always "repair" feeds like that prior to plating unless the customer asked for it to be done, I've seen a few brass semis that had ugly feednecks and patches that weren't PPS repairs.

Very cool gun otherwise, with the side dropout and Quicksilver.

Do you know the more history of the previous owner(s) and the possible date it was made/bought? Or, find out that it was at the Sacramento area in the very early 90s?
It’s not definite, but there is a possibility that it could belong to a club member in the Dogs of War of Northern California. Not sure when it happened a lot of the members sold their guns, some dropped it off at PPS when the team split off.

The Elite Battle grips and side drop-out could be pointing toward PPS, doing the mod for the quicksilver afterwards. From what little info I gathered, members had a chance to go through PPS to get simple mods/tune on their pumps.
