Vertical asa from hell

How the hell do you pull the vertical asa off a houndstooth??

tried a strap wrench
tried heating it
tried strap wrench again
tried vice grips

can’t even get it to budge in the slightest

pipe wrench and new asa are next on my to try list

got maf drilled thru it used a 15-64 steel rod to try and get it to move still no luck

well got more mad at it nd threw it on the stove burner in high. Traightned out my rod while it heated then tried again nd got it to pop free

Here is the extreme option:
1) wrap your body in a nice piece of leather to protect it.
2) put the body in the vice, asa up.
3) heat up the asa with a propane torch (it only take a minute or 2)
4) use a pipe wrench to bite the asa down.

This may mark the asa quite ybit, but you're passed trying to save it at this point ...
