For parts at least? I see the site is still up with parts kits. Has anyone ordered through them lately? Need a few rock and stab kits… unless one of yall knows the spec for the piston o-ring?

The answer is no, but they do have old stock left. I've been told Craig is responsive on Facebook and can looks to see if he has what you want/need. Maybe someone who's ordered recently can better answer.I am the admin... -

Well, a bit of an update... I got a shipped notification.. I ordered a kp spring, spring guide, and a brass blazer sight hood. Only the spring and guide are listed as shipped. And the sight hood is listed as refunded.. yet my bank account was charged the full 42 dollars for the 2 shipped items.
Sent an email to Craig, but Im honestly pissed. I understand if its out of stock, but then he could have easily charged the appropriate amount before submitting the payment.

Definitely, slower service these days. But my last purchase was delivered, within a few weeks and complete. Just basic things like parts/accessories. They've been fairly up to date, on their current inventory, as far as I can tell. They've shipped things, all over the place, for years. Across the pond, may cause considerable delays.

Thanks for the replies. I haven't bought from them in about 16/17 years, the last time being when I was Stateside and my brother and I decided to drive up from San Diego just to 'pop in' to buy something.
With PPS closing down I figured things like communication were going to be slower but I wasn't expecting it to be almost non-existent so the lack of response has gotten me a bit stressed. If I don't get a response soon I'll try via FB. I'm not keen on going back there. I haven't used FB in a very long time.LightArmsJXF's Feedback

How quickly does PPS usually respond to emails or FB messages nowadays? I sent a message to Craig Palmer via FB Messenger (mostly because there was a post on the PPS account saying that his account was more active so go there). That was sent yesterday and I got to wondering if anyone else is having issues getting in contact with anyone at PPS. Has anyone else tried to contact them in the last month? It usually doesn't take so long for any other place to ship an order or, at the very least, reply to a query for an update.
