The PAL feeds a lot better on PAL enabled markers then it dose non PAL markers. It still has a shelf that helps with feeding. I use my JOLO on my Emek for what it’s worth. It feeds more consistent and faster. The lid on the Low cap is a bit clunky to use (maybe I just haven’t used mine enough) but the hopper works fine. Just not my favorite to use. I think pbDNA has a lid mod for them now you can put a universal speed feed on it. So that’s kind of cool. It’s still a much bigger hopper then the 50ish rounders. Higher cap category goes to the Sportshot / GOG IMO.

Hmm it would be cool if I could make something to pop the PAL system up during the pump stroke, but all that seems too complicated for minimal return. I'm going with a Jolo for sure. Everyone says it works on the emek which is great because I'll slap it on a mech Ion too

Indian creek made a decent lower cap hopper as well, The “Maxi Loader” it had a channel that ran from the bottom back side of the hopper to the feedneck in a effort to keep paint from jamming up when feeding. It works well, mine came with a cool Camo neoprene cover. Bacci has one for $10 it’s a cool lol hopper that works well. It holds a lot I tho I think it’s like 100 round ish especially with the pod lid style fill lid. This feeds as well as a sport shot but it’s small mouth makes filling a lil slower. It’s got a cool old school look tho.
I have the big 300+ size one as well, I used it on my Ego at ION one year the looks I got were awesome!2 Photos

You know...thinking about this topic, I'm really surprised that no one has yet designed a helix hopper. With 3D printing as good as it is, I would think that it can't be so hard to get some kind of coiled ramp inside a small-ish hopper. It would basically make a 50 round hopper into a 50-round stick feed, which I imaging would feed much faster and more reliably since it would have stack effects.
Then again, it might be a huge PITA to load. So maybe the idea is better left alone.View my feedback or read about my Virginia woodsball club.

Another JOLO addict here.
I've got 8 or 9 now, some multiple colors, some dual and 3 color, some with our team logo and some with speedfeeds.
Get one to match your gun color and then enjoy!

Well I just came across something on YouTube that was very interesting. MCBs own ChuckLove has a "Shoe" loader with rotor internals? Thats right up my alley. Man do I need a 3d printer.

"Transparent" is the color of the material we use, but with printed parts it's rare to get actually transparent parts. Usually to print something that comes out clear we need to design it in a way such that the walls are very thin and therefore don't need multiple perimeters or infill. It'd be amazing to be able to print these parts perfectly clear.
-
I understand, Joe. It would be great if the lid were actually transparent, but I'm not really disappointed with the result. No regrets at all. I have the tube feed hole, so that lets me see inside to check how much paint is left. It might be a good idea to change the name on the website, though, to something like "white" or something like that just so people aren't expecting something else.
Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with the hopper. I've used it for two days now, and it's worked perfectly.

Good luck no one seems to be making the kits anymore. The files I think on out in the wild. I have a Shoe Loader and love it but it is heavy. It does not bother me but for some people they are surprised how heavy it is (essentially just as heavy as a Rotor since the guts are the heaviest part and that gets used in a Shoe Loader.)

It's a 25rd not a 50, but the Stryker hopper has been serving me well for the better part of a year.
For 50rd like others have said the JOLO is a fantastic hopper. Winnies are decent, but I have found they don't feed quite as reliably. I'm a fan of the classic VL-90s, but they're very tall and are nearly twice the size.💀 PK x Ragnastock 💀
