Quick question. I think I know the answer but, will this frame take an autotrigger?

As it is currently, no.
Can it be modified to accept one, yes! Let me know if you need help with that.

Finding the slider cam is gonna be a chore

If you look at my second picture, there is a screw behind the trigger. Not the first but the second one in. That is where the AT cam goes. Now, in the first picture that screw does not exist. So there is not a hole for that cam. The universal AT you're looking at is compatible with a standard trigger plate. The Inception Designs trigger plate is different.
