    NSG Splatmaster seal in 10 minutes

    Make a 12 gram seal for the splatmaster in 10 minutes with some basic tools.

    1/2" teflon rod from amazon $20
    1/8" drill bit
    Hand drill
    Hacksaw
    file
    Vise grips or pliers
    Calipers or some other measuring tool
    vise/clamp

    just make the seal wide enough to press tightly into the valve body. I find this to be around 0.40". I also make the seals around 0.07" thick but close enough is good enough.

        Hey some pos on here lied to me about having a working rapide and he lied to me about testing it first (which he never did!) Ask soon as I saw it was delivered I put 3 12 grams in my pocket and I headed to the post box. I get there open it up I put my 12 gram inside and it dumps it all out thr barrel... I throw in 2 more and same thing..

        So im pissed at this point its only 100$ this guy burned me but its the 2nd time now here within a few months that some one has loed to me about the condition of the marker yet told me it holds air after i ask them.

        I take it apart and I see thr valve retaining spring (the small one) it is broken so the valve won't seat closed . Okay so I replace that spring and put it all back im super happy this must be the only broken part. I slam in a 12 gram and it starts leaking im not sure from the 12gram pierce or from the back ..

        I take it apart and realize the back oring is crumbling apart..... so at this point I realize this guy 100% lied to be about it holding air .

        So there is no data on here or pictures of the valve now im woundering is it suppose to come with a 12gram seal ?????? If so then thats ANOTHER piece missing from this marker that woukd allow it to hold air Properly

          The rapide does not have a seal for the 12g, it's metal on metal only. The one you pictured looks normal and complete 👍

          Can you not print a 12 gram face seal with ninjaflex or some soft tpu ???
