Advice on quick loading empire sniper stock class tube

Good morning. I picked this up yesterday, played with it right after a good cleanup and lube. This one is broken in nicely, much smoother shooter than the one I had 10 years ago.

I prefer to use the stock class feed with a 13ci tank. Super light and low profile. I was playing with all semi shooters, though they were pretty green. But loading was incredibly difficult, with the spring, the plug twist, and getting the tubes. Is that just part of it? The two added steps with this stock class tube make it hard, but I love that it spring feeds. Just much harder than my old phantoms with the stock tube.

All in all, the .675 back with mediocre paint was great, and though it is stock, the stroke was smooth, though not super light.

It is light as heck with the stock tube and 13ci tank. Loved it.

I second this, i rock a paintball DNA stick feed on my Tigershark and I'm in love with it

I drilled mine in the back so when you pull the gate back you have an opening, no need to twist the feed plug ...

While I've only tried the phantom spring feed I've found the disadvantages outweigh the advantages. The rock and cock action needed for traditional stock class is second nature to me, so I'm biased but the extra steps and necessary dexterity for most spring feeds outweigh the ease of a simple stock class speed feed like that of the phantom.

I'd second nonublitus suggestion of a paintball DNA stick feed, they're really nice quality and stick feed>spring feed in my experience.

You could unscrew the Empire spring feed cap, pull the spring and guide out then put a Phantom feed gate on the end make it a rock and cock.

But PB DNA make really nice feeds. The Sanchez feeds are not bad either especially if you can find the all aluminum ones.
