    Trracer repair help

Needing some help with tracking down a leak. I have 2 PMI Trracers that have leaks down the barrel. I think I have narrowed down the leak to the ASA. I have replaced the impulse seal as they call it but I am having a hard time finding the correct size for the oring that sits in there. Does Anyone have any thoughts or know what the correct size might be for the oring?

ID:	664479 If you’re leak is down the barrel, then it’s probably the cup seal.

That is what I thought as well, I replaced the whole cup seal assembly with a Kingman Hammer cup seal. That didn't seems to fully fix the issue. I am thinking the other oring is bad as well or I don't have that cup seal seated correctly.

Gotta ask, do you have the valve spring in place holding the cup seal closed?

Correct the valve spring is in the correct position but you do bring up a good point. It might be a weak spring. I will have to try that as well. I do have a working one that I can take the spring out to test.
