    Trracer sound signature

Hey y’all, I just got a couple trracers and now it’s time to start fiddling with them!
My first impressions are that they shoot straight, smooth pump stroke, have to get used to how to shoulder them but then it works fine with a back bottle 13ci. I would like to run them on 12 grams eventually; where do people get those 12 gram t-stocks?
They’re also very loud! Any ideas on how to quiet them down? Maybe a threaded autococker adapter and a ported barrel?
    Any recommendations on small hoppers?

I don't know if anyone is making those 12 gram t-stocks anymore, so you need to find them on the used market. I believe someone was just selling a ICD one on here a couple days ago.

Where it is an unported barrel a "rain cover" works well on them to quiet them down, but they add a lot of length to the marker. An issue with a cocker adapter is you need a barrel that will fit though the pump handle, you can mod them to work, but just be selective on which barrel you use.

I believe Armson still sells Trraccer barrels. I am sure they are a larger bore so you might need to use some nail polish detents or something along those lines. Otherwise if you look hard enough you should be able to find a ported barrel on the used market somewhere.

      Embrace the loud.

For hoppers, look at the PaintballDNA JOLO.

There was a member on here ages ago that made .685 bored barrels for them, name was Titus but I don't think he has been on in a long time, unless he's under a different screen name and just doesn't sell them anymore

Doc make an barrel sizer that fit between the body and the stock barrel

SSC make a barrel sizer 675 that will take cocker barrel but will require to either drill the pump handle or use another pump handle

Lapco makes tracer to cocker barrel sizers. I have a set of 3. Works pretty good. Most of my battles work with them but a few don't like to thread in for some reason

Want to quiet it down? Track down a BOA or J&J brass barrel for it.... something about the brass seems to absorb some of the noise, especially if it's a ported barrel

Unregulated nelsons are gonna be loud.

My regulated phantom with a tight bore barrel is noticeably quieter than my trracers.

                    Thanks all for the help!
barrels seem to be quite difficult to find in that threading. The stock ones work well, so I might stick with those. Now to hunt for a 12 gram stock!

I bet you DocsMachine could make you a barrel....He already makes Barrel Spacers so he knows the threading

Also I bet there are 3d printing models of pump handles with spacing for a cocker barrel if I get an adapter
