as everyone else is recommending, i suggest a sniper build.
this is the route i would take if i were you:
-find the cheapest autococker (~$200) you can, does not even need to be in working condition
-send the barrel to BMC for freak boring
-autocockerparts.com silver lower internals kit
-cheapest Slice pump kit
(inception genesis kits are also ok, but i prefer Slice)
-paintball DNA jolo hopper
-cheapest tank you can find
all in, probably looking at ~$350-$400.
can be much cheaper if you are patient and piece things together over time, as they get listed in For Sale lots. You could also start with just an empty body, but in my experience, youll spend just as much if not more going after the other parts (frame, bolt, barrel) separately.
ive built 3 loaner pumps recently using this recipe and for me, and the folks i loan them to, they are bulletproof reliable, smooth pumping and accurate as possible.
only things to "upgrade" down the road, if you even want to, would be fancy milling or anno.
