I always thought the Gargoyle was sexy but I was too broke all those years ago when it debuted. I’m interested, but I have some questions as I’ve never seen a Gargoyle in the wild (and the old MCB has been lost, may she Rest In Peace):
1. Would I be able to get an undercocking configuration for the G2?
2. If not, are Phantom undercocking kits compatible with it?
3. If no undercocking kits are possible or available, what would be my options for barrels? Would I be able to use a Deadlywind barrel?
4. Is there a detent system in place? If not, would the ASP detent mod be possible with the G2?
5. Are the stock barrels freak (XL?) bored?Comment

1) The Gargoyle II is currently planned to have a standard stock class configuration, including an over-the-barrel pump handle.
2) Phantom UC kits will not fit on the Gargoyle II
3) I'm working on barrel options now. If you're hoping to use your DW barrel you may be in luck
4) The current design has something similar to the PPS Wedgit (https://palmerspursuit.com/products/...da95a136&_ss=r)
5) Stock barrels are not currently bored. But again, I'm working on options

I can't answer for the Gargoyle 2 but here are answers based on the Gargolye
2. Yes but only 1 pump rod the Garge frame has holes for a second arm so you loose some stability
3. Stock the removable bushings on the pump handle were sized to the CCI Phantom barrel. 1" "Cocker" barrel bushings were available if you wante dto run other barrels.
4. The AC to CCI thread adapter had dimples to prevent roll outs. They worked very well. If you wanted the ASP mod I think it would work but wouldn't offer any benifit unless you were using cocker threaded barrels (Not using the dimpled adapter)
5. They were stock CCI barrels which can be purchased bored for standard freak inserts but I'm unsure if you can get the already bored for the XL inserts, you might have to pay someone for that or request it from RTR.

Yeah its way better because its what I have and they are cheaper.
It would be super savage if you made an offset gargoyle just to be...ridiculous.

Thanks for the over the barrel pump handle. Phantom under barrel kits are stinky in my book. If you do a CCM style kit, it would have to be integrated to the frame, which could be cool.Comment
