    Solution to PGP popping paint?

With the design of the PGP and the air coming up under the ball instead of through the bolt, why has no one ever come up with a way to fix this, besides the elusive cooper t center fire bolt? Would maybe putting something on the front of the bolt that pushes the ball more forward help with the problem?

There’s a few ways to do this. Some people drill and tap for a button head screw. I tend to use anti skid dots for cutting boards because it’s what I had kicking around and takes less effort.

Wait.... What does a normal pgp bolt look like? I have one with a hole in the bottom that channels air up to behind the ball...

          I'm very new to pgps.

Sounds like you won the lottery and have a centerfire bolt. Standard pgp and Pgp2k bolts are all rim fire
