God damn that's pretty, I can't decide if it would look better with a brass pump rod or if the rod matching the black accents looks best.

Good to know! I wonder if any kind of polish over that laquer would help prevent fading (Like car polish)

I have that lacquer, make sure to clean paint platter REALLY well and quickly after a game.
The paint will make dull, white streaks and spot on the finish.

But if not used in games, it holds well to grubby fingers 😁
