      Its not pretty, but it works, just drilled center out of bolt and eyeballed a square with a bench grinder around it. DIY idea if you wanted to go that route

            the square is 5/16'' the center drill hole is a hair over 1/4''

            I made mine based on a suggestion here - use a 1/4 or 5/16th? hex driver head and grind it square - worked great
