Whelp......Mech Ion conversion fail

In my zeal to convert my Ion to mech, after getting all the parts, the hoses, everything I need, I made the most bonehead move ever.

I hooked up everything, all the hoses to the right places, SSC bracket with the SMAV valve, QEV, new bolt with dual Orings.....everything looked great.
Until I tried putting the can on the frame. It would NOT fit. "Hmm, the QEV seems to be hitting in the frame, not allowing it to fully close." Let's crank that down a little more....

Whelp. Someone, not mentioning names, forgot the BODY. The freaking BODY is laying there, laughing at me as I snap off the QEV trying to get one more turn in.
Sighs. Back to Ebay for another QEV.

Did this to my very first ion, it was a pink ans version with the 90* frame, got it for Christmas well my young self could never keep from taking new markers apart that I got to learn how they work and well I did this same exact thing,my brother got it stolen a week later lol
