Scenario Dreams Ion T-Board Ramping

I refurbished a Scenario Dreams T-board, and in the ramping mode with eyes on or capped eyes off (blue eyes off mode), the board does not register trigger pulls.

Anyone know anything about these boards? It’s a long shot. MCB, I am coming here for the tough questions.

Thanks, I had that manual already, but I wonder if the issue is the shot queueing setting.
