T8 bolt tip bushing?

I just got a t8 for cheap and need to find a replacement fir the bolt tip bushing. Can anyone guide me in the right direction for where to get one?

I know this is an old post but I had trouble locating a replacement. The original Tiberius part # is 45-2203.

A CO2 pin valve seal is a perfect fit. The pictures are the seal with zero modifications.
