    SL 68 custom barrel

So I had a machinist turn down one of my phantom barrels to fit into my SL 68 two. I totally forgot to ask him to taper the inside of the bridge, so that the ball has that little bit of a ramp to go up into the barrel. How many of you have shot this marker without one of those ramps? Is it absolutely necessary that Irene the end a little bit or can I just chop it off and go play?

The taper on the inside of the SL68s is meant to seat the bolt o-ring and create a seal. Try it out and see if you have an issues.

I have made several freaked adapters, and I usually just change the front bolt oring to a smaller one.
