SL68 Detent Ideas?

    SL68 Detent Ideas?

    I'd like to make an anti double feed detent that's better than the broccoli elastic I have on there now. Hopefully something that can go through the cleaning port. I was thinking maybe a Sheridan style detent or I also saw a picture of one that had an Armson style detent. I'd rather not modify the body, but I suppose drilling and tapping the body wouldn't be completely out of the question.

    Any additional thoughts on this would be appreciated.

      I recall near when I joined MCB, seeing Jordan had a cool paperclip detent on a 68 Special , so you could ask him how to set one up

      I however use the broccoli rubber band on my Special ! Works great !
