    Pro-lite valve material

What is this stuff? Flexes quite a bit - not quite as much as a 70 durometer o-ring but still noticably squishy. Im thinking 90 durometer polyurethane?

Iā€™m starting to think the seals in og tippmanns were made of Poly-unobtainathane. But I believe you are correct

Have you had luck replacing the material with a modern oring? I have two prolites that likely need valve work.

100% this. Let it soak overnight in oil, flip it over and throw it back in. It has worked every single time I've done it.

Cool I just put together a Prolite build. Interested to see what you come up with. I would love to find a way to lighten up the trigger pull.

Are you reducing the height also, as well as filing the grooves?

Yes. The more internal volume you have, the better. Also I do the front poppet with all 6 facets filed and the back poppet only 2. This sends more air forward.
