Phenom Barrel adapter install

I need a sanity check, what is the correct way to install the barrel adapter?
I'm having issues with my barrel rotating and wobble. Is the adapter supposed to rotate ~90' after screwing in the barrel?

It should slide in and twist 90 to lock, may need to loosen then tighten the shell screws to fit then secure

I find it better to put the barrel adaptor in place before reassembling the gun clamshells. I can never get the adaptors in place proper even with loosened bolts. You need to spred the clamshell apart enough that the adaptor sits in the right place
