    I have a 3D printer and an SL-68 II...

I printed the pump handle years ago but tonight I managed to print a cup seal that actually holds air. I have yet to do any real testing beyond airing it up. Hoping to get it out to the field soon to see how it holds up for some real play. My brother provided a spare power tube and guide along with some very helpful info as to the material to use. (Thanks, Boom!)

While I was at it, I whipped up a quick fixture to make pressing the cup seals and easier job. Yeah, yeah, I know I could've drilled some holes in blocks of wood but the future is now, old man.

I'm putting air through it. I have a bunch of old Co2 bottles, I'll test it if I have some left but it's very difficult to find Co2 anywhere around here outside 12g cartridges.

Just curious how the printed plastic will hold up to the cold temps.

I believe the plastic should do fine. It's the same material that tippmann used to make them out of. Also you forget i have a fill station

I thought you got rid of it after we stopped doing outlaw ball, good to know it's still around!

Update on testing. I've managed to make it seal with Air but no luck with Co2. It sealed until fired. The humidity here has been excessively high, making it rather difficult for me to print with TPU even directly from my filament dryer. The one I have just can't keep up and my funds are limited when it comes to upgrading. Once the weather is a bit drier I will be trying again and I will keep you all posted on progress.
