Thanks! It turned out pretty well, I kinda got the same effect too after I looked at that picture. I was too close up while painting it to notice. A little grey and all the gold and black are hand painted.

Good work man. Was it a severe pain to remove & replace the trigger and other small parts? I've never disassembled my fire control on my SL 68

No not really but my dad also had the right tools for the job so that always helps
