Bringing an 03 Speed back to life

Picked this up from Jsc5150 and have been building it back up. Got the CP reg and ASA from Rickfactor2. I have a couple questions…can I use rebuildable cocker style ball detents inside of the existing detents, these ones are empty? And can anyone ID the board for me?

Good news is she holds air nicely and I ran 30 or so paintballs through it.
