I just got my Yakuza board, and it powers up but the screen is still dead for sure. Did we have anyone here that has successful replaced one of the screens?

Do you have pictures of the board?
If you can source the c screen it shouldn't be difficult to replace 👍

The pic is a bit blurry on the solder pads, but depending on what's behind the glass it might be a tricky solder job ...
Sourcing a replacement screen would be first step.

Are you looking at doing it yourself or have someone do it?

It’s over my skill set, I would need to have someone do the work.

I don't know anyone who does it, but sourcing the screen is going to be the hardest.
