    Real April MOTM - Tactical

Let’s see who has the best tac-looking gear. I guess I am thinking Tippmann, First Strike, that new Planet Eclipse gun, stuff with magazines, etc. Airow anyone?

    Week One:
Any person on this board may submit an a marker of the chosen category. You will post one photo of one marker. Along with it, you may include a build/spec list. You must own the marker.

    Week Two:
All persons who wish to vote will choose a marker they wish to see move forward to the final poll round of the contest. You may NOT pick yourself in this round. If you already see a marker moving forward, you don't have to post, as you'll have an opportunity to vote the final vote. It only takes one vote here to advance a marker to a final round.

    Week Three & Four:
I will create a new thread titled, [POLL] MOTM [month][category]. In this thread you will be able to vote, in a poll, to determine who has the Marker of the Month and will advance to the Marker of the Year contest.

    Additional Notes:
    - If there is a tie at the end of the poll week, a tie breaker will be held.
    - Only the top 10 markers (with votes) will advance into a poll round. If there are two markers tied for the tenth spot, or three for ninth, etc etc... they will be excluded. This is the easier way to make it work with the forum polling options.
    - With the forums new "comment" feature, it doesn't make my life any harder if you want to commend on a specific marker, but please do keep these to "comments" and not "quotes" or additional posts.
    - Hosting this does get a bit tedious, but I do love hosting and helping be a part of sharing marker photos. However, I do ask that all "posts" only be submissions. As mentioned above, comments are fine.
    - If you win a MOTM contest, you must still own the marker for the MOTY contest or your slot will go to the runner up (this will trickle down). (If second place was tied, the month will just be excluded.)
    - If you have any questions, please PM me.

I'll hop in on this one.

This is my Tippmann TiPX AKA "The Angry Dragon" -- it was my COVID19 2020 project marker I picked up in March right after the pandemic started. It needed some love as it was a leaker (took me MONTHS to chase down the culprit...)

      Anyway.....

Modifications include: Remote Line Setup, Kill House Industries First Strike Breach, Exalt Ambidextrous Mag Release, Exalt Front Block, 8" Lapco Big Shot Assault barrel and Mock Suppressor (I also have a Lapco rifled barrel and a couple other tips to keep the length of the marker down). All of my 7 round Mags have been filed to make them first strike ready, removed the rear “loop” at the base of the grip and I primed, painted, taped and then hydro-dipped the clamshells and replaced all the hardware with stainless....I think that’s about it.

The nice thing about about a Zetamag is that you only need one!

                Funny story.....

A friend sent me a photo of an airsoft gun done like this I just copped the idea from that and had no idea it was in a video game.

Don't ruin it for me... I hate that game. Not many games I have these deep feelings for. This is one of those exceptions. I just want to enjoy the craftsmanship on this build.

Thanks! Once you get the hang of how to load in the first strike rounds it's an absolute blast to use. Ideally I'll be bringing it to a few of the bigger Texas games this year.

How well dose that drum mag hold up? Seems like a lot of moving parts. Haven’t seen much info on them other then a few YouTube clips. Super cool tank slayer BTW!
