Fadedfool read closely through this post and i think you should see the info you need to begin your search. Google searching specific solenoid part numbers can maybe help find the noids or at least let you have a more specific question.

You're looking for a 43A-AAA-RFEJ-OBL or something else with the same specs. I would ask airsoldier if they can find them again and put em back on the site because as soon as word gets around that you can shoehorn them into all the egos with bad noids 2 things will happen: 1 - people will buy old egos again and 2 - people will want those noids.

No I completely understand! I searched for awhile and couldn’t find one for sale with that model number. That’s why I was asking if anyone has one or knows where one is for sale

I just purchased a 08 ego and was not told the solenoid needed work🤦‍♂️. It Definitely clicks but missing something in the center of the noid and the valve body. Seems to be very lose and needing some kind of spacer or gasket.
I shared some information about how to order these solenoids in another thread. You can read it here:

Does anyone have a source for these or any laying around before I call MAC and start down that wormhole? This is the factory solenoid for the Regency Crome. 5 VDC, 4W, 100-200 psi range. Google has been of little help.

Let me make you something. I build pneumags, auto-response frames, and wooden pill cases.

I'm also willing to bet that my contact can get you a MAC-43 that is designed for 4 watts. That way you don't have to use the old cap (although you might have to splice some wires to get the right connector on there).

And I'm intrigued by the idea of milling off part of the solenoid for a better fit. That's a good idea. The MAC-43 does have a fair bit of "dead" material around the ports. (The left and right side of the image below.) Obviously you would have to be careful not to take off too much. Otherwise when you screw in the fittings, they will bump up against the poppets inside and mess things up. But you should be able to shave off a few millimeters.

Hey RB. I’m attempting something similar using an Etek solenoid on an Ego 11/Lv1.5. I was curious though because that solenoid is a little larger if you or the contact you mentioned could find technical drawings or specifications of the original Lv1.5 solenoid. I don’t have familiarity with it and don’t know how the internal are set up which would be a massive help. If you can find out anything I’d really appreciate it!
